SERVICE PROVIDED

Our service is an exterior maintenance spray treatment designed specifically for perimeter foundation surfaces and around entry points on the ground floor, plus a granular spread on turf areas next to your home for added protection. The same service every Pest control provider should be providing. If your provider is continuously coming into your home and applying pesticides, they are minimizing the effectiveness for those chemicals. the pesticides are designed for minimal use to address an active pest issue. Excessive use of today's pesticides can cause "chemical shyness", which means they will avoid the chemicals, and every Certified Pest Control Technician should know this because it is a question on the State Exam.                           

The interior is treated as needed, which scientific research has shown to be the most effective practice.

If you already have pest control or choose another company for your service, ask them if it is better to only treat the inside of your home as needed. You will find that they will say "yes", so even if you do not choose us, I recommend you still ask for the best service practices.

HERE ARE THE BASICS AND WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

We do not have a $100+ start-up, you can stop at any time, and we provide the same service.

We provide a Quarterly Pest Control program for single family homes in west Gainesville and the city of Alachua. This is a comprehensive exterior maintenance program preformed four times a year.  The cost to start service is $60 followed by monthly charges of $30.

     We focus on being a Quarterly Pest Control provider for single family homes.  So when we come to treat your home, that is all we are there to do, we are not looking for some other service to sell to you. 

     This company is not loaded down with several layers of managers; all our technicians are State Certified Operators. They have years of experience and are self-sufficient with their knowledge of their profession and are more qualified than the managers of many other companies.
